Knowledge Base for Supply App
Supply App Release notes 2026.3
1 – New features and changes
1.1 – New Excel results report
🧩 What changed
A redesigned version of the Excel results report is now available, with a clearer structure adapted to the different people using the report.

The main improvements include:
A clearer distinction between KPIs and operational recommendations, instead of combining everything in the Executive Summary.
New recruitment KPIs and graphs to support recruitment analysis.
Redesigned and rebranded pages, aligned with the future N-SIDE ecosystem.
The ability to select the waste metric displayed in the report. The organisation’s default waste metric can also be configured in Master Data > Preferences.
New Timelines that make it easier to filter the IMP Release Plan and Depot Shipments tables.
⚙️ Impact on current usage
The raw data have not changed, so existing integrations using the report are not expected to be impacted.
The previous Executive Summary table remains available within the report’s hidden tables.
1.2 – Supply App documentation available as a PDF
The View documentation option now opens the Supply App knowledge base as a standalone PDF in a new browser tab.
This ensures users can continue accessing Supply App guidance directly from the application.
2 – Misc and Bug fixes
2.1 – Depot shipment information aligned across reports
Depot shipment information displayed in the Monitoring Dashboard is now aligned with the Results Dashboard and the Excel results report, including recommended lot details.
Users can now rely on consistent shipment information across the different Supply App reporting tools.
2.2 – Past dispensing accurately reflected in the Monitoring Dashboard
In some situations, past dispensing could appear as zero even though dispensing had already occurred. This has been fixed, ensuring that actual dispensing activity is correctly reflected in the Monitoring Dashboard.
2.3 – More accurate plan validation warnings
Plan validation now takes the trial stop date into account when checking whether products are required.
This prevents warnings about product needs after the end of the trial and helps users focus on genuine planning issues.
2.4 – APIs: Custom labels can now be retrieved through the APIs
Custom labels of each trial can now be retrieved through the API endpoint: GET /corporate-master-data/trials
