1 – Results report improvements
What changed
The Excel results report has been improved to make the results report more useful for patient evolution and drop-out analyses.
1.1 – Easier drop-out analyses
It is now possible to see the Percentage of remaining patients per visit in the Discontinuation probabilities tab of the Excel results report. It allows you to check the drop-out rates for one specific treatment arm and one specific patient group (for example, select the not yet randomized patients to see the screening failure rate).

1.2 – Easier patient evolution analyses
The Percentage of patients per dose level at a given visit has been added to the Titration probabilities tab. This new graph and new table allow you to check the evolution of patients for studies with multiple dose levels.

2 – APIs improvements
What changed
A dedicated set of API improvements has been implemented to communicate with the Supply App.
New endpoints are now available to expose key results and study information, including:
- simulation summary,
- overage and waste per package type,
- recruitment per patient group,
- products mapping,
- result information,
- last demand per country.
The usage of these endpoints is documented in the Swagger documentation.
Value it brings/problem it solves
These APIs make it easier to reuse Supply App outputs in external systems, dashboards, or downstream reporting flows.
Instead of relying only on manual extraction, organisations can access structured result information directly and integrate it more easily in their own data flows.
How to leverage
If you are building or maintaining integrations, you can now use the new endpoints to retrieve richer simulation outputs, including package-type-level waste and overage metrics, recruitment details, and result metadata.
3 – Improvements and bug fixes
3.1 – Favorite trials ⭐
In order to focus faster on the studies that matter most to you, you can mark trials as your favorites ⭐. The Supply App home page will then only show your favorite trials by default.
You can remove trials from your favorites and you can still access the All trials view with all trials.
3.2 – Monitoring dashboard – Next stable dispensing not displayed correctly
❌ Before, the next stable dispensing table in the Monitoring Dashboard was not displaying the future stable dispensing correctly. This can happen when the trial master data version differs between the results and the IRT extract (as the Daily IRT extract is updated everyday).
✅ Now, this is fixed and the next stable dispensing is displayed correctly in that case.
3.3 – Global Performance Dashboard (GPD) – Rollover studies analysis
❌ Before, decisions for rollover studies were excluded from the GPD analysis when there was an initial state but no past production nor past dispensing. The Supply App considered those decisions as having missing information.
✅ Now, those rollover study decisions are included in the GPD analysis even if there is an initial state with no past dispensing and no past production.
3.4 – Excel results report – Local Depot shippable inventories not displayed correctly
❌ Before the fix, depot inventory rows with the same lot and same quantities were not displayed correctly in the Local depots stocks level tab of the Excel results report. Quantities of the same lot such as 2 + 2 + 2 could be aggregated incorrectly and be displayed as 2 instead of 6.
✅ Now, this has been corrected and the quantities are displayed correctly.
3.5 – The routes graph in the Network setup is now sorted alphabetically
❌ Before, the depots and countries were not sorted in a logical order.
✅ Now, all locations supplied by a depot will be sorted alphabetically to ease the identification of a location on the graph.

3.6 – Setting a 100% drop-out rate across multiple visits
❌ Before, when a 100% drop-out rate was defined across multiple visits, all patients were dropping on the first visit.

✅ Now, the drop-out is correctly spread across the visits when a 100% drop-out rate is defined over multiple visits. This improves both the simulation behavior and the patient evolution graph.

3.7 – Plan failure due to high memory consumption
❌ Before, some plans failed due to high memory consumption during precomputation.
✅ Now, this has been fixed: the memory consumption has been reduced and the previously blocked plans can run.
3.8 – Visible changes for future improvements
There is a new Preferences section in the Master Data where each company can set the:
- waste metric used internally,
- waste metric target defined at company level.

ℹ️ Those values currently have no impact on users and will be leveraged in the future.
