IMP release plan & Planned depot shipments
Table of contents
IMP release plan
In this sheet, you can combine information for production across the portfolio of trials.
There are two main views in the IMP release plan sheet: quantities to be packaged and check release overlap.
Quantities to be packaged
On the left, two pie charts show the split of past and future packaged products per trial (left) and per SKU (right).
In the top right bar chart, you can see the past and future productions throughout time and per SKU.
In the bottom center of the sheet, you can see the detailed past and future productions in the table. In this table, you can see the date of the upcoming availability dates for each SKU and for each trial.
📝 Notes
-
Past productions appear as semitransparent bars and are reported in the table below as well.
-
If SKUs are not defined for a given trial, that information will appear as empty.
Check release overlap
This view includes a Gantt chart where you can see the shelf life expected for each of the upcoming product releases. This data can be filtered by project, SKU and trial.
Definitions and data meaning:
-
SKU: the stock keeping unit is a distinctive way to refer to products and it can be defined in the Corporate Master Data.
Planned depot shipments
In this sheet, you can visualize your depot shipments planning across trials.
A table (Depot shipment schedule) displays all the information of the portfolio’s planned depot shipments as well as their status (past, ongoing, this week, next week, etc.).
A chart (Depot shipment status) displays the number of shipments per status.
You can see the next suggested departure date and associated arrival, which correspond to the depot coverage, by accessing the new "Next shipping plan" tab (see video below).
This view will help you answer questions like:
-
What are the next depot shipments for my trials in a defined time horizon?
-
What are the ongoing shipments for my trials?
-
What are the quantities to send with the next depot shipments?
