Drop-out & Titrations
Drop-out
In this view, you can find the information about patient drop-out as it was simulated in the N-SIDE Supply App.
The line chart on the left represents the percentage of patients present at each visit.
The table on the right provides the equivalent statistics than in the line chart.
You can also see the total number of patients that were enrolled so that they have a reference point.
Definitions and data meaning:
The definitions for some of the values/concepts used in the Drop-out view are as follows:
-
Simulated drop-out: the discontinuation probability used for simulations. This probability takes the hypothesis drop-out and the real drop-out (historical data coming from the extract) into account.
Titrations
In this view, you can find information about patient titrations from and to different dose levels.
The line chart on the left represents the number of patients present at a given dose level for each visit. The different dose levels are represented with lines of different colors.
The table on the right provides the numbers represented on the line chart.
