Recommendations comparison

Recommendations comparison - Supply plan

In this view, you can find information to compare the supply plans of both results.

On the left, the bar chart shows the quantities per product type, release date and expiry date that were considered in each result.

On the right, you will see three indicators linked to the supply plan: extract date (the one used for simulations), number kits to be released and number of kits in stock.

Common use:

  • Validate the alignment between results.

  • Identify main differences in supply plans.

  • Identify impacts of certain changes on the forecasted supply plan.

Recommendations comparison - Depot shipments

In this view, you can find information about the planned shipments that were considered in each result.

The bar chart shows the quantities requested per destination, arrival date and expiry date that were considered in each result. Below the bar chart, you will see four indicators useful to analyze the planned shipments: the simulation start date (the one used for simulations), the dates of the next shipment to schedule, the number packeges to be released and the number of packages in stock.

The bar chart is reactive to filter selection (result, package type, destination, expiry date, suggested lot number).

Common use:

  • Validate the alignment between results.

  • Identify main differences between planned shipments in each result.

Recommendations comparison - IRT parameters

In this view, you can find information about the IRT parameters that were used to generate the compared results.

The table on the top left presents the parameters used for the IRT configuration for each result.

At the top right, users can see the extract date (the one used for simulations) for each result.

The table at the bottom left presents the resupply management parameters used for each result: prediction window, short window and minimum storage period.

The prediction window displayed here already considers the prediction window multiplier (PWM).

The table at the bottom right presents the inventory levels used as inputs for each result: date, trigger level (or min buffer level) and resupply level (or max buffer level).

Common use:

  • Validate the alignment between results.

  • Identify main differences between planned initial shipments in each result.
