Access & KPIs overview

Access the dashboard

You can access the dashboard by going to the result you want to compare and click VIEW DETAILS. You can then go to the Comparison dashboard tab and select the result to compare it with.

Welcome sheet

Information available:

In this sheet, you can find a quick description of the dashboard’s capabilities and a summary of the simulation parameters.

Common use:

Understand the utility of the dashboard.
Get information about the simulation parameters used to generate each result.

KPIs overview

Information available:

In this sheet, you can find a global overview of the main KPIs for each result. Having them side by side, you can see the difference between the values.

The list of KPIs is as follows:

Percentage of Overage
Percentage of missed visits
Number of missed visits
Out of stocks
Packages to be released
Packages in stock
Packages demanded
Packages wasted
Total cost
Material cost
Future shipments to depots
Future shipments to sites
Extract date
First patient randomized (date)
Last patient randomized (date)

Please notice that, in this tab, the numeric value for the out of stock risk indicates the number of visits that were missed due to the out of stock situation, whereas in the Risk tab, the numeric value indicates the number of kits that were missed due to the out of stock situation.

Common use:

Identify the main differences between the results and have a first analysis of the evolution from one result to the other.
Validate the consistency of results when reviewing them with a validation in mind.
