The Executive summary sheet is there to give you an overview of your optimization result but also to drive your analysis to other sheets of the dashboard depending on the KPI’s values and colours.
It contains a first table displaying lots in regard of the following stage-related KPI’s:

Shortest release to first usage margin

Lowest lot allocation
-
Next new lot release
The second table contains the following study-related KPI’s:

Next IMP release
-
Missed demand
Note
Several other lots might have the same KPI values as the ones displayed in the table.
In case the data is highlighted in red, you should have a more in-depth look at the root cause to make sure the scenario is not at risk (see the color coding details in the Glossary). The investigation sheets are suggested in the Next steps columns of the tables.
In the top right of the sheet, you can choose to select a specific period of time to analyze the data. This period always starts with the first manufacturing start date and you can choose to extend it until the last release date, at the maximum.
