New
Troubleshoot scenario inputs more easily
Spot inconsistencies earlier with new validation messages
We have added consistency checks to:
-
Prevent you from running a scenario with inconsistent inputs.
-
Help you better understand what to update when encountering a specific soft fail.
These checks are represented by new validation messages which will help you troubleshoot your scenario inputs when needed. The use cases covered by those checks/validation messages are the following:
Production App level |
Info message |
Warning message |
Error message |
|---|---|---|---|
Production configuration |
Discrepancy between the stage of the selected product and the one of the production configuration (retrieved from the production resource). |
Imported demand mapping |
An imported product is mapped to products of different stages. |
Frozen production |
The frozen production min/max lot size is lower/higher than the one defined in the production configuration related to the selected production resource. |
Scenario |
One of the production resources is not used in any production configurations. |
There is a discrepancy between the grade of the study used in the imported demand mapping and the one of the product it is associated with. |
Result |
The optimization is infeasible due to inconsistent frozen production inputs. |
Changes
Find the source of the problem more easily with regrouped validation messages
Some regularly encountered validation messages have been regrouped so you can now benefit from a better readability of these messages. You can now also directly reach the problematic inputs, from the validation message, thanks to an “Edit” button.
