How to account for Prediction app decisions in Supply app and Lighthouse?

Currently, any decisions made in a Prediction app project scenario, or project master, regarding the release of packaging lots must be manually synchronized with Supply app trials and Lighthouse trials. You will find below the advised steps to achieve this synchronization.

[As a project manager] Share the fixed releases with the trial manager

In case you don’t use the project master but simply fix releases in your project scenario:

• Download the Excel result of your project scenario,

• Share the Linked demands tab to the study manager, ensuring it is filtered for the correct study.

In case you use the project master to fix lots from your project scenario:

• Use Cmd+Shift+A (or Ctrl+Shift+A on Windows) to copy the Packaging lots and paste it into an Excel file.

• Share this file with the trial manager, ensuring it is filtered for the correct study.

[As a trial manager] Account for the fixed releases in your Lighthouse trial

Access your Lighthouse workspace and go to the Orders tab.

For each new packaging lot listed in the file received from the project manager, fix an order of the product at the corresponding packaging depot.

[As a trial manager] Account for the fixed releases in your Supply app trial

Access the right Production setup within your trial, and go to the IMP release plan step.

For each packaging lot listed in the file received from the project manager, update the existing line in the table or create one if it didn't exist yet.
