Global recruitment
In this view, you can see the expected global recruitment for the trial. Note that this is the main input used to make forecasts and recommendations. Data for the whole trial is presented: past (known data) and future (forecasted).
The line chart on the top includes three curves: number of enrolled patients in green, number of randomized patients in light blue and number of completed patients in dark blue.
The table below presents details about each measure in the line chart.
Minimum, average and maximum values are forecasts computed based on real data. This means that, for known data (prior to the extract date), minimum, average and maximum will be equal to each other.
Additionally, this table presents the number of sites opened for recruitment throughout time.
Per depot recruitment
In this view, you can see the recruitment per depot.
The line chart on the top is equivalent to the one for Global recruitment and includes three curves: number of enrolled patients in green, number of randomized patients in light blue and number of completed patients in dark blue.
The table below displays the average per month and average per depot for each patient status (enrolled, randomized, completed).
You can find detailed information for depot level recruitment by clicking on DEPOT DETAILS.
Depot details
In this view, you can find detailed information for depot level recruitment, randomization and completion. You can filter the data per patients enrolled, randomized or completed with the top left drop-down menu.
Please note that a single depot needs to be selected for these graphs to be consistent. Otherwise, the values will be the sum of the statistics for all selected countries (e.g. sum of maximums), which doesn't provide a reasonable value.
The table at the bottom contains complete information about recruitment per depot throughout time, including minimum, average and maximum values. Note that the number of enrolled, randomized and completed patients are included and there is a split per depot.
❗Multiple routes configurations - Important information
-
The recruitment values are accounted under each supplying depot. Therefore, in the case your network includes different routes configurations between temperature types, and if a site is supplied by 2 different depots, the patients will be counted in both of them.
-
Example :
-
Ambient temperature type: Central depot > China depot > China site
Cold temperature type: Central depot > Singapore depot > China site -
Let’s say we have 2 randomized patients in China. In the recruitment, you will see 2 patients randomized in China depot and 2 patients randomized in Singapore depot. Filtering on both depots will give you 4 patients randomized but it does not mean you randomized 4 patients! Only 2 patients have been randomized. Therefore, average values on depots should not be aggregated!

Per site group recruitment
In this view, you can see the recruitment per site group.
The line chart on the top is equivalent to the one for Global recruitment and includes three curves: number of enrolled patients in green, number of randomized patients in light blue and number of completed patients in dark blue.
The table below displays the average per month and average per site group for each patient status (enrolled, randomized, completed).
You can find detailed information for depot level recruitment by clicking on SITE DETAILS.

The three line charts on the top represent the number of enrolled, randomized, and completed patients, respectively. The three lines in each chart represent the estimated minimum, average, and maximum values.
Please note that a single depot needs to be selected for these graphs to be consistent. Otherwise, the values will be the sum of the statistics for all selected countries (e.g. sum of maximums), which doesn't provide a reasonable value.
