Starting from the overview:
There are depots that are over recruiting (highlighted in red), namely US and China depot.
Let’s focus on the US depot. What could be driving this over-recruitment?
→ Open the Randomization and select the US depot.
→ By looking at the patient groups, we can see that the Cohort B3 is driving the over recruitment.
Is this over recruitment happening at all site groups dispatched by the US depot?
→ If we go to the Monitor per site groups view, we can see that only the US sites are over recruiting.
Let’s focus on these sites by filtering on them and then go to the Dispensing.
→ We can see that dispensing is within bounds for package type 2 and under trend for package type 3 meaning that even if we are over-recruiting, we are not over-dispensing at the US sites. This could be explained by different reasons, e.g., weight-based dispensing or patients on a dose level where a lower amount of kits is dispensed.
Let’s check the enrolling situation and go to Patient enrolled. Do we have patients in screening? If yes, do we have to adjust buffers?
→ We see that we have no patient screen failed or in screening at the moment.
Let’s check the Patient randomized. Do we have a lot of patients that dropped out of the trial?
→ We see that we have 4 discontinued patient and 11 active.
Finally we can check the inventories and focus on non-expired kits to see if we have enough for prediction and buffers.
