Frozen lot update

The expiry of a frozen fed lot is now only mandatory in case:

no stability plan is defined for the related product and
-
an upstream product has a stability plan.

Bug fixes
The following issues are now fixed:

An error occurred when retrieving the latest published trial scenario result through an API call when the scenario had a draft version on top of the latest published version.

(Introduced with Prediction.2024.2) In some cases, shelf life extensions were not used for lots, if the lots were produced before those shelf life extensions.
